An Associate Broker with Coastal Properties Group, a locally owned boutique real estate firm, I'm passionate about serving the needs of my clients and pride myself on making sure that I serve as a guide and advocate throughout each step of the home buying or selling process.
I have a soft spot for first time buyers and have created a home buying workshop to shed light on what can be an overwhelming process and I also assist with credit repair. I take the time to make sure my buyer clients are partnered with the right lender who can help them save money and take advantage of any available home buyer credits or grants--there's free money out there if we look for it!
For those who are selling their home, I make sure that I take the time to learn the story of the house and the neighborhood: what are your favorite features, what do you love about the neighborhood, who is the most likely buyer for your home? It's important to take the time to consider these finer details in order to successfully market and sell your property. There's more to selling real estate than just putting a sign in the front yard. I have a strong support team and have developed relationships with industry professionals that will support the sale: professional photographers and videographers, contractors, and marketing partners who will help to expose your property to more potential buyers.

Born and raised in Missouri, I traveled up to Rhode Island in 2001 from Fort Worth, Texas upon graduating from TCU (go Horned Frogs!). It certainly wasn't my intent to stay in Rhode Island but this state sure is special and it's home now! When I bought my first home on my own (a multi-family property with three units on the West End of Providence) I didn’t have a support network to help me through the home buying process-- I did my own research, tried to understand the current market, and wished that I had a trusted professional to help me through each step from start to finish. Looking back I over-payed because I didn't have my own Realtor and I also missed out on a few repairs that should have been completed by the seller. But the numbers worked and the rental income covered all of the expenses.
Now, as a homeowner and investment property owner, I know how important it is to work with someone who is available and on your side, who you can count on, even after the final documents are signed and the keys are exchanged. I now live in a multi-family with two units, a few blocks away from my first property. In May of 2018 I sold that first home and purchased another Three Family property that offers a greater return. It has been incredibly rewarding to learn the ins & outs of being a Landlord and offering that experience to my clients that choose to purchase multi's. In 2019 I puchased another investment property, this one being a single family contemporary home in Scituate, RI located on the North Branch of the Pawtuxet River. It's a complete rehab! In addition to being a licensed real estate in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, I am a mother of two lovely humans (ages 16 & 14), I am one half of the musical duo Cowboy & Lady, we have two rescued Siberian Husky's who are adored, I love to cook & I am an avid reader when I can find the time to zone out. I am a Landmark Forum graduate (as well as the Advanced Forum, SELP, Communication Courses, & seminars) and I continue to create possiblities for my life and those around me.
